Refund policy
Before requesting support
Digital downloads are made available after secure payment verification in the account library. If a download is unavailable or does not work as expected, use the private support form and include the order reference if available.
Do not send payment-card details through the support form.
Review of a request
Requests are reviewed using the order record, payment status, delivery status, and the issue described. A checkout return page or a pending order is not itself confirmation that a charge or refund has completed.
This site does not promise an automatic result or a fixed processing time. Any applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
